REQUIRED INGREDIENTS
Fresh fish, Onion, Carrot, Green pepper, Spring onion, Fresh tomatoes, Fresh plantain, Vegetable oil, Seasoning, Water, Salt and
Cabbage leaves.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Dress the fish and cut into pieces, boil with salt till tender. Remove the bones, then pour into a bowl to mix. Carefully chop the onions, green pepper, fresh pepper, spring onions and fresh tomato. Add the chopped vegetables and the seasoning to the flaked fish and mix thoroughly. Wash the cabbage leaves and pour salted boiling water on the leaves to make it tender. Remove from the water and drain to dry.
